Applying to Saint Saviour
Saint Saviour High School welcomes students and their families who are interested in learning about the admissions process. Admission is based on a student’s academic promise and achievements as well as her personal qualities and interests.
November 10, 2011: Just a reminder: 8th grade students must submit their TACHS applicant record by December 1, 2011. This form needs to be filled out by guidance/administration/faculty from your current school. How to Apply
For Applicants entering grade 9 from parochial, public and private school taking the TACHS Exam (Test for Admission into Catholic High Schools). Our TACHS code is 010:
- Take TACHS Exam on Saturday, November 5, 2011 (www.tachinfo.com or 1-866-618-2247).
- Make sure your school sends the Ninth Grade Applicant Record or the following to Admissions Office at Saint Saviour High School:
- Latest eighth grade report card
- Sixth and seventh grade report cards showing final grades
- Standardized test scores
- Results of the TACHS will be mailed in January
For Applicants entering grade 9 who are not able to take the TACHS Exam:
- Send letter requesting admission to Admissions Office at Saint Saviour High School along with the following:
- Latest eighth grade report card
- Sixth and seventh grade report cards showing final grades
- Standardized test scores
- Notification of admission will be made after scores are received and processed
For Applicants entering grade 10 or higher:
- Send letter requesting admission to Admissions Office at Saint Saviour High School along with the following:
- Most recent report card
- Report cards from 2 previous years showing last grades
- Letter of recommendation from guidance counselor or principal
- We will schedule an interview with you to consider your application
