June 11, 2019

Molly '20 was chosen to be a part of the highly competitive US Military Academy SLE program: a week-long immersion in academic, military and social life for Juniors going into Senior year, considering the United States Military Academy. This highly competitive opportunity has 6,000 applicants who compete for just 1,000 slots and gives participants a one-week immersive experience as a cadet to inform their college selection decision.

SLE is a fast-paced program consisting of academic classes, military training, physical fitness training, and intramural athletics. Molly attended the session from June 1 - 7 and was introduced to a completely different college experience by attending SLE. She explored the United States Military Academy from all angles and participated in some intense military training and athletic activities.
