Scavenger Hunt Brings Saviourites around the Neighborhood

September 5, 2019

On Thursday, September 5, Saint Saviour High School held its first scavenger hunt around Park Slope, Brooklyn to introduce students to their neighborhood. Led by faculty and staff, groups of 10 students had a list of 28 items to find both in school and in Park Slope. Items included finding the best pizza place, best coffee shop, the Saint Saviour Rectory, favorite classroom and a panda bear (school mascot).

Students and faculty learned so much about the neighborhood and more about each other by working together to find all the items. At the end, everyone was treated to ice cream in the cafeteria by our new Principal Mrs. Timpone! It was a great day for all Saviourites.
